Complaints?

Do you have a complaint? Don't keep walking around with it. It is important that you feel comfortable with your midwife. Because being pregnant is exciting enough. That is why we do everything we can to guide you and your child well. Do you have any questions? With doubts? Are you dissatisfied with something? Then tell us. Preferably as soon as possible, but also if you have been walking around with it for a while. Then we talk about it together and try to do something about it. Maybe we can clear up a misunderstanding, reassure you, or start working in a way that makes you feel more comfortable. We would be happy to make a separate appointment with you. Then we have time to talk. You can always bring someone you trust to this conversation. Are you unable to work it out with us? Or would you like help filing a complaint? Please contact the complaints officer of the CBKZ (Central Bureau for Complaints Management in Healthcare) via complaints

The midwife, possibly together with the complaints officer, will try to deal with your complaint within six weeks. If you are unable to reach an agreement with the midwife and the mediation of the complaints officer, you can submit your complaint to the Midwifery Disputes Body. This independent body investigates and assesses whether your complaint is justified. It will make a binding decision on this. Dispute resolution body
